Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If your ATM or Debit Card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately by calling any First Bank representative at (608) 372-2131.
If the Bank is not open, please contact PassPort Hot Carding Service at (866)546-8273. You will need to provide them with your name and Social Security Number. A PassPort representative will deactivate your card and contact First Bank the next business day.

If your Credit Card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately at (608) 372-2131 or contact MasterCard at (800) 423-7503 and follow the prompts.
