We walk the walk and not just talk it…that’s what makes First Bank a great Bank, says Susan. “Doing the right things right, for every single client, every single day” is the least I expect of myself and all Bank associates she adds.

Although Susan doesn’t admit it, she does have special gifts. Her clients tell us: “She listened to me and understood what I WASN’T saying – that’s why I come to Susan, my First Bank.” “Roll a counselor, synthesizer, confidant, listener, friend, and banker together and you get a Susan!” another said.

When asked about client accolades, Susan is quiet. “I’m just doing my job,” she says, “it comes so natural to me…I guess it’s not hard to walk the walk when a client is walking by my side.”
