Jason is a banker – but not the old fashioned kind that people are afraid of. “I’m human too,” he says, “and my goal is to make people more sucessful in their businesses by working with them.”

Think of me as a coach, a financial coach he suggests. My job is to guide businesses to new and profitable growth. When they win, the Bank wins, and the community wins.

Although Jason would like to say yes all of the time, that’s not possible. “In the lending business, no is sometimes the right response for the moment, but almost always, no is not the final answer.” Jason’s clients know that he’s got their back when in a pinch; and he’ll be there for them, helping them structure a plan that makes long-term sense for their business to grow and prosper. At the end of the day, Jason is happy when everyone wins.
