Cynthia was born and raised in Tomah. Growing up, she dreamed about many careers…and possibly even that of a president. One day, her dream came true when she was named President and CEO of First Bank.

Even though a president’s job can be stressful, Cynthia finds great joy in working with her team. “They all work so hard to find ways to help clients save time and money,” she says. “Everyday, people share stories about how First Bank has made a difference…I am so proud of them.”

In addition to her daily tasks, Cynthia finds time to visit area business owners as well as serve on community boards. “We’re all in this together,” she added, “the success of Tomah is in our hands and you have my word that I’ll do everything I can to help make the dreams of my hometown come true.”
